Berekum West District Assembly Holds Smart Workplace Training for Heads of Departments
Berekum West, Bono Region – October 2, 2025 The Berekum West District Assembly on Thursday, October 2, 2025, organized a Smart Workplace Training program for Heads of Departments and Units as part of efforts to strengthen institutional capacity and improve service delivery.
The training, held at the Assembly premises, was designed to equip participants with new skills, modern strategies, and innovative approaches to enhance efficiency in their respective roles. Facilitators emphasized the importance of adopting smart workplace practices such as effective communication, digital tools integration, time management, and collaborative problem-solving.
